Devialet Remotes won't connect after latest update (HELP)

Have any of you faced issues connecting your devialet Remotes to the phantoms since the latest update? 


I haven't been able to get mine to connect no matter what i try.. I've reset the speakers 3 times but the just won't pair.  Any and all help and suggestions are welcome... 

FYI I have 2 devialet phantom 103db 1s (purchased in 2021) in a stereo setup connected to the TV. I can control the volume through the app but not the remotes.

Did it work before the update?
Do you know what you were running before?
What version is the firmware version running now? 2.14.4?

I've had lots of problems with the old remote but sounds like you are using a new remote.

If its the old remote. the smaller one that looks like a beauty product .
Replace the batteries.
Make sure the speaker is setup but not playing - its STOPPED, IDLE.

Not had any problems with the newer one though.
