Is it possible to connect the Dione with ethernet cable? The app only connects with wifi.
If you connect the Dione with a cable later then it is no longer visible in the app. 
Installing a new device is not working then.

Very nice, but that will not fix my problem Dodgy

The problem is that when i connect by cable it will lose connection.

Do you use DHCP in your network? I didn't find any network settings. So I guess it needs DHCP and you cannot do the settings manually.
In my network I have DHCP enable and no issue.
You may like to setup a small network just for such devices, as there are more then only Devialet doing such things.
If you like to have fixed IPs you can usually setup the device doing DHCP to keep an advised IP address.
