Omg what fantastic software, this is the best, I do hope devialet will allow integration of this program.
It can be used now via optical in from PC or Mac. Free trial period I urge everyone to check it out
Is it available for trial now?
Yes on Mac and Windows
https://roonlabs.com/

says trial for 14 days.
Trying now. AIR can't stream on higher than 16/44.1 bitrates as Exclusive mode is not possible. USB is ok. I was told they will work on the AIR issue. They signed an NDA with Devialet. Tidal integration is fantastic.

Noticed your little exchange with Danny over at the Roon forum. It's interesting that there is a NDA between them and Dev at the moment, it would be fantastic if Roon came to Devialet Expert as the go-to control software (seeing as Spark seems to be struggling to even control Phantoms). Works great via USB from my MacMini.
Just having a bit of software suitable for classical music is a massive breakthrough as far as I am concerned.
Streaming rather than playing CDs may at last become convenient for classical music!

I will wait and see.
Yes, if this is usable with Dialog and Phantoms it will be awesome
No integration for Phantom, Devialet denies it. See: https://community.roonlabs.com/t/hardwar...roon/89/64

And indeed they're (planning on) working on improved compatibility with Expert line. https://community.roonlabs.com/t/devialet-air-tidal/717

All I need is ASIO support so I can use it in my JPLay setup. Oh and an IOS remote of course although I could envision me buying a Win 8 tablet some time. Smile

Does it not have asio support at this stage?
