Indeed so. Giorgio Moroder is in fact to blame for many, many, good things. And he hasn't stopped yet .....

Hadn't realised he was so old.

Mnemosyne - Jan Garbarek, The Hilliard Ensemble.

Beautiful, haunting music. On their farewell tour now. NL this week and various dates around Europe - likely to be a sell-out.

@amabrok: heavy stuff, but well recorded!

Could you please use a smaller picture? Yours does not really fit properly on my iPad screen.

Hi,

I notice Qobuz is quite popular here. Some of us are streaming music from them and some, including me, play downloads in all available resolutions from Qobuz. Is there anybody having both, streaming CD quality and playing downloads of the same piece side by side? How do they compare music-quality-wise? Being a regular customer of Qobuz, I didn't yet want to go the streaming route because I'd expect potential compromises in the quality of the signal including delays, hickups etc.

Listening to Gounod, Mors et Vita, Radio Symphonie Orchester Frankfurt, Budapester Rundfunkchor. Recording quality could be better but the music just fits my mood right now.
Hello,

I haven't done a direct comparison between streaming and downloads, but I've found streaming from Qobuz to be very reliable - I don't recall having heard any drop-outs or hiccups at all.
