If your tracking information indicates that its waiting for a tax id, you need to call UPS.

It would be helpful if we all added our location such state, province, etc..and country to give some context to these timelines.  
My D400 was held up by UPS for a day awaiting a CBSA Form B13E when shipped from Vancouver BC, Canada.  So to UPS on the 23...underway late on the 24th and at the factory, in France, on Monday the 28th.  Hoping for those about three to five day turnarounds reported here.

....After long reading and lurking in here I decided to chip in  Rolleyes 
My E 250 was delivered to France on Nov 16 and I have not received any emails from Devialet ....yet ...still patiently waiting...I guess no more 5-7 day turn around time reported here  Wink .....going into 15-20 day turnaround .....I'm in Massachusetts...

Well I am on the West Coast/US. It took three days to make it back to me. Mine arrived there on a Thursday, November 10th. and I got a return shipping notice (and it was shipped out) on November 21st. Maybe log a ticket with Devialet support for a status update?

And be sure to sign up for UPS My Choice (it's free) so you get notification on when your Devialet is on its way home.

p.s. Massachusetts used to be my old stomping grounds, Allston, Boston, Newton, Natick, and more...

Well, this isn't sounding good.  In from Massachusetts more than two weeks ago and not returned yet.  Maybe it is time for us to make some noise, take some prisoners. ;-)
Logging tickets always worth the effort.

If you get no satisfaction, I would recommend they put you in contact with the US Regional Rep, they are very effective.

....i was waiting for my labels to show up a week and a half....
 Just sent an email to Devialet regarding my upgrade , see what they have to say ...

...just got of the phone with Devialet here in US ...they said due to a high demand on this ongoing Pro upgrade program the upgrade might take up to 3 weeks now.... Dodgy
Puts into question Judith's email commitment to get the units back by Christmas if shipped to them during the week of November 25th. Here's hoping but would have kept mine in hand til after the holidays if this becomes the case.
We're a trusting bunch...paying big money for an upgrade we haven't heard,a streamer board that Devialet hasn't clearly defined and an OS upgrade of completely unknown value.
Wonder how many units will be upgraded in total.
