I guess it's from 90% to 100%. That's what he says in his selling topic of the 120:

To keep the pedants happy you could have more accurately said that a 120 is 48% of a 250 in terms of power or 75% (i think) in terms of number of inputs.  In terms of SQ well, maybe 90% is right?
