A possible way to test cables for those with dual mono would be to listen in mono with one's default cables and detect any difference between left and right channels because of room factors; then get someone to switch one cable, blind to the listener, or to simply unplug and replug the existing cable, and describe differences (illusory or otherwise) ... against a readily comparable reference in the other channel. Will we see it done ...

I was using a Shunyata Black Mamba CX/HC that I had previously used on my Ayon amp before the arrival of my 200. I recently got my hands on a Lessloss DFPC Signature and boy what an improvement.. better bass, more dynamic, bigger soundstage..seems to have added some body and warmth.

The Lessloss isn't crazy expensive at $1150.00 for a meter, but it punches way above it's weight and it seems to be a very good match to the Devialet in that it's strengths complement the 200 in the right areas, areas that I felt, at least with the Shunyata were a bit lacking.

I have exactly the same experience with the Lessloss DFPC cables and thus I even own three, but only one Signature model unfortunately! Wink

I'm just demoing the Graditech Voima 1 (http://www.graditech.fi/voima-1/) which was specifically designed to work with Devialet (both mechanically and sonically). Currently within a few days of plugging it in but the sound is fuller and richer already (was using a MCRU number 27 with Synergistic Research Red Fuse).

There's a review of it here too: http://www.monoandstereo.com/2014/05/gra...eview.html

Discovered Graditech through a tweet actually and emailed Sauli (the Graditech MD) who was super super nice and friendly and even payed half towards the FedEX shipping from Finland!

I urge people who are looking for power cable options to check them out!

Stuart.

Hi Stuart,

I'm a recent Devialet 200 owner and just noticed your Graditech cable mention. I have one as well and think it sounds great. I heard the same comments regarding tailor made for the Devialets.

I also have on hand a new Triode Wire Labs high power version of their "Digital American". It is even sweeter than the Graditech and has fuller, more extended deep bass. I even had to turn down my bass setting a notch. Waiting (burning it in) to see if it settles down with further break in time on it.

I run all my digital gear in to a Running Springs Audio Haley conditioner.

Hi kenreau,

Which version of triode wire lab power cable you are trying? Would appreciate if you could share more information.

Best,

Edwin
Has anyone tried this cable:

Shunyata Research Alpha Z-PC10 power cable (Digital version)

It was specifically made for units such as Devialet. I think i remember reading somewhere that the owner of Shunyata has a Devialet and made this cable for it. It can be orderred in a Digitalor Analogue version. The digital version is for devices with a SMPS like the Devialet.

Interested in how it is with the Devialet.
Just ordered the Graditech. Looking forward to hearing what it does!
I just ordered the Graditech Voima as well.
has anyone tried the stealth dream v10 cable?
It seems like besides shunyata, jps also made a power cable for digital sources.
I recently purchase AudioMica power cable .
I face with problem that i cant close Devialet back panel .
any recommendation of IEC power plug ?
I found Furutech FI-15E(G) 24K Gold-Plated IEC Plug Power Connector .
I am looking for other option
any suggestion ?
