I don't have a router, because I only use my mobile data for internet at home, but it ask me to plug the dialog with a ethernet cable into a router. It it possible to do it without it the ethernet cable?

The dialog must be connected to a router with an Ethernet cable, see http://en.devialet.com/quickstart (first video).
