Isabelle Faust, Bach, complete partitas and sonatas with the new FW 10.0.2 which is in my opinion the best to date (I didn't post on the appropriate thread because everything has already been written).
Once again Bach is a panacea. Any suggestion for other inspired interpretations will be welcome.

Love it!. So often I find that I love the space between notes; the subtle changes in tone, or tempo or volume. Makes the music breathe. Not so much with Metallica, perhaps, but knowing when not to play is a skill that seems to come later in one's musical journey.

Great quote from Mark Hollis. His solo albums, like the Talk Talk material, have such creativity and careful crafting of their songs. And the bass bits have always been captivating. Another one you might get a giggle from: on some bass forum or other, a NY-based bass player, Chris Tarry, quoted a Vancouver player (apparently) who said, " A good bass player needs to have an uncanny grasp of the completely obvious...".

Beck, Morning Phase. 96/24.

Great "quiet" record, a bit sad sometimes, but excellent music and excellent production and sound.

Air - Talkie Walkie from a French duo.

Wierd Electronica but something different to the norm.

Being French and called Air I'm surprised the album played the whole way through without a glitch :-)
