£299 each, everywhere in the UK now.
Harrods sold some on pre-order at the lower price, but apparently all UK Pricing has been brought in to line now (i.e. Fixed).

Just measured it for you.
628mm from the floor to the top of the stand.
Approx 880mm from floor to top of Phantom.
Approx 778mm from the floor to the centre of the tweeter.

Hi looks great - am planning a similar approach myself maybe with even smaller shelves and something to fix the speakers in place
Can you tell me where you got the brackets and is the shelf a bespoke cut and resprayed or did you find it on the shelf?
