What is the best way to connect 2 Silver Phantoms to an Expert D200 Amp ? Dialog ?

At the moment I don't think it is possible to connect the D200 to Phantom or dialogue. There is talk of that facility going live in January but don't hold your breath.

Why does optical out of the D200 to optical in of the Dialog not work ?

The D200 doesn't have an optical output, only optical input.
