is this confirmed? I did check that there's an ethernet socket, so it's being disabled? if thats the case sorry for the misleading

Both the WiFi and RJ45 is disabled on the companion.

thanks for clearing it up, no idea i kept thinking it will work but luckily i didn't split my 400.
