I and I would presume other member hope that is correct, it would be great if Devialet  replayed to one of my Emails

Were you charged any taxes when you ordered the upgrade as Baddog was in the US?  I'm in Canada and planning to upgrade my D400 but additional taxes could be a deal breaker.  If we are alll quoted a common price, why was Baddog charged with sales tax and others not?

Link to the online shop is also still down on my side. It is the same whether I attempt to access it from within the mail that they send or whether I go to the Devialet website and navigate my way to the store.

Is it only me that is having a hard time to get answers to questions sent to both upgrade team and customer care. Sent three different questions last week and I got a ticket number but no answers.

I had expected an e-mail reply to a ticket number following a query, but in fact you have to go to the Devialet Help Centre and create a password log-in.

This allows you to read the correspondence from the tab "My Activities", and this is where I found a reply to the initial request/ticket.

I opened a ticket on both the shipment of UPS labels and boxes and also on the taxes being charged in US. The ticket on taxes was closed without response and merged into my other ticket. As for the other ticket, I have been informed they have technical issues with the upgrade site that are delaying them sending me a UPS label and box. 
I have since replied to the ticket but suspect it will be another day till I hear back.

I dont have the outer box to put both my amps in but is it not possible to pack it in another box and then Devialet can ship it back in the right box? I understand that they want it shipped in the right box to them but waiting for this box seems a bit boring Smile

I used strong wrapping paper instead of the outer box and everything went smooth
