for me it took exactly 22 days to update from 800 to 1000pro. Delivery was only 1 day from France to Germany.
But the result is definitly worth to wait.

After all the positive comments here I registered for my upgrade on Wednesday evening, received an emailed shipping label Friday afternoon and UPS pick up arranged for Monday. Pleasantly efficient so far....

I was lucky and managed to borrow a Quad 909 amp and Yulong DA8 DAC from a buddy of mine
and I had kept my old Carver Tubed Preamp, so I quickly filled in the empty spaces. Big Grin

Did anyone get a confirmation once the Expert was arrived @ Devialet? I would expect so (UPS tracker confirmed delivery). I tried to mail them today - no reply - , and the phone number is 'disconnected' (?). Or do they have a public holiday today in France?

the only confirmation I have received was the announcement that it was sent back and the tracking number. You can only see that it has been delivered successfully. Which is ok I think.

Tomorrow Nov. 1rst is a holiday. Most people have taken today oct 31rst off. Quite a few companies are even closed. Those that aren't are running at low speed.

Typical that my amps arrived at Devialet before the weekend and now there will perhaps not happen anything with them before Wednesday  Sad well well not much to do about that just have to wait but I get more time to play with my new Phantom  Smile

I did not get confirmation from Devialet, but checking the UPS tracking, my D400 was delivered today.

I did not get confirmation from Devialet, but checking the UPS tracking, my D400 was delivered today.

No confirmation from Devialet only UPS that they delivered.  
Monday was no holiday but today Tuesday is All Saints day in France so I asume everything is closed.
