Then we are probably in the same 'upgrade batch', mine was also delivered on Friday (UPS delivered notice at 14.54). I will contact them again tomorrow to get a confirmation; It gives me a unpleasant feeling that my 10K euro baby's are in France without knowing that they are in good shape arrived. Probably need some patience....

Have just bitten the bullet and ordered my 200 to 220pro upgrade, Order number was 50xx84 which appears to have moved on quite a bit from the last one I can see on the forum (assuming they are sequential!). Main reason for upgrading is future proofing for the next 5 + years plus the (as yet undefined) streamer card. On a more serious subject does anybody know if you get a new black and orange giant carrier bag as my other half has already filled the old one with Christmas presents.

On the morning of 2 November Devialet's support staff will arrive back after 4 day's holiday (you can be sure that they took the opportunity to 'faire le pont' on Monday 31st) to an inbox full of questions.

The fact that you have the UPS delivery confirmation means that you can put up your feet, puff on a big cigar and relax.

Because it's not your problem anymore, if they arrived safely then you are in the upgrade system; if they arrived in a thousand tiny pieces - even better - Devialet will supply you with completely new amplifiers.

Deliveries aren't made today so it's clearly a national holiday in France. UPS scheduled the delivery of my D on Wednesday while normally it would have been delivered today.

Hello,

I have a question for you guys who have already sent your D for update. I checked the instructions and saw that you should have a window of 5 days for the pick up, but I would like to know if you have any sort of heads up from UPS when they will pass for the pick up. I am rarely at home during the day and I am wondering if I am better off to choose my workplace as pick up, drop off address. The problem with that is that I will  have to keep my amplifier boxed up in my work place for several days with all the related risks.

I brought the package to a UPC drop-off location, did not want to waist time waiting for the UPS driver.

I suppose that is another option, for the label did you needed to be home and receive it or was dropped in the mailbox?
