Wow ... just wow!

Can you give us the lowdown on how the Magicos compare with the Summits?

Matt

The magico is my clear favourite ! And I am looking to trade in the brand new pair of summit x to a used pair of magico V3s.

While the ML is much mor spectacular , extremely wide stage, great sense for details, very sharp, the magicos just do the magic. Even with low volumes they produce exactly what you would expect them to. Very homogenous, catching the spirit of the music. I used to exchange my living room speakers almost every other year, the magicos are in for almost 2 years now, and I am far from looking to replace them!

Look forward to the pictures - although i gave up vinyl (LP12) a long time ago, i think the DPS is absolutely stunning looking deck and if i ever went back to the black stuff a DPS would be on my list.

@Mka - Good to see another vinyl user here! I thought we were a dying breed, but there are a few of us lurking around in this forum. I like the side by side Dev's too! Not only does this look good, but it must be optimum from a cooling point of view, rather than stacking. Worth trying to keep this concept after the move perhaps?

I didn't like the idea that having the devialets stacked the lower one runs quite a bit warmer than the top one and yes I have foreseen them in the new rack side by side.

The devialet has quite an excellent MC input.....

I have a Bauer Audio DPS3. How does DPS3i differ from it?

Oh, ok. Thanks. It's a good tonearm.
