I recently upgraded my Golds to DOS2 and now my first generation remote won’t pair. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, often.
If you feel unplug and then replug, and then once it has made the start up sound you can try pairing by turning remote upside down above the speaker (for me left speaker works best). This usually kicks it back into paring.

I had the same problem and I manage to solve it out quickly by selling old remote (cream) and got new one.

I have 3 remote controls V1 in use with DOS2 without any problems.
Only at the beginning after the dos upgrade I had to turn off the power to the devialets golds for 10 seconds and the remotes worked as before
