Dialog recall action

Just got this email from Devialet. They will recall my Dialog. I'm one of the early adapters who couldn't use the Dialog at all because of the not yet activated USB connection. I wanted to use it as a streamer bridge for my 250. Apparently something is wrong with the early model.

Me to, and I've never used mine. Don't see where it says there is something wrong, just that the new one is improved.

Mine might already be subject to a recall, and it's still unused in it's little box!

Is it possible to check if you've got a duff one without owning a Phantom to set it up with?

I don't have a phantom either which is why mine is unused and I got a recall

Karebe - thanks for the advice. Do you mean a laptop rather than a tablet or 'phone? In other words, I'm guessing you could do this check using a PC?

I'm wondering about this too. I have a Dialog but no Phantom. I plugged it in hoping it would work with the 200, and then put it back in the box. How do you check to see if the Dialog is updated if you don't have a Phantom? Last time I tried you couldn't do anything with the Spark app without a Phantom.

I bought mine from Colette so there is no chance I'll get an email from Devialet about this. At this point I would settle for getting my money back.

I received my new Dialog this morning via UPS. I don't notice any difference really with the other one. Spark keeps on telling it is searching for a Phantom wich is not present at my home. And it is getting equally hot after a while. So nothing is changing really.
