I bought a full Phantom stereo setup from Devialet Westfield. Returned after 43 days without any issue whatsoever and obtained a complete refund. I did return the items in mint condition with every slip of paper and item of packaging however so if you dented a woofer for example chances are they might not take it back.

Well that would be fair enough I suppose - I was more concerned about unjustified partial refunds.

I couldn't live with them now, but I'm keen to try them at home to at least see how they compare to the hype. My speaker search hasn't gone that well, so who knows maybe Sod's law says they'll be perfect for me and my room....
