Vibration Control
#11
I was a sceptic in vibration control until I heard the Ansuz Ceramic pucks (Darkz) under my D200. They changed my mind completely. Problem is I can't afford them so I'll have to go without, or seek a much cheaper alternative.

How about the Aluminium Darkz they are half the price of Ceramic. I am thinking of testing them.

I didn't try them. They could well be a good option.

M3X works better apparently.

Otherwise make your own from a thick slate slab (or similar) on isolation rubber or ex-military equipment isolation mounts.

Hi Nick

The original wall mount have o-rings between the wall and the bracket...

Do not know if they are there for vibration control ?

Kind regards Morten

I think there may have been a hint of irony in Nicks post. Wink

Are you referring to your Devialets or something even more precious?
