Good timing for buying a D200 today?

and everything has been setup and i am a happy owner of a Sopra 2 D200 combo.

totally amazed by the visible, hearable and feelable upgrade. I am glad I made that purchasing decision. again thanks for all your assistance guys.

Many folk think (including myself) that a new Devialet takes a little time to sound its best.  (Hours, not weeks in my case)

So the really good news is that it'll sound even better tomorrow.  Enjoy!

Great result I would say and I bet the 200 sounds amazing with those speakers. Enjoyment for years to come

Fabulous pictures Mr k1282! I must admit I get a bit fed up of some of the systems that get posted on here, in immaculate tidy rooms with boxes and cables hidden and subtle lighting. Your room looks like a real room used by real people with a decent system in it. Good stuff. Can I come 'round and play with the Giraffe thing?

so true, confused.

i also never understood that either as I believe music is part of life and nothing to be enjoyed in a dedicated/ hidden room with no life in it.

you are welcome to play with th giraffe, but be careful, it might cause heart attacks for people in our age. my baby son goes apeshit in there Wink

Beautiful room and system k1282. How 'toddler proof' are the Sopras - do they hare hard grilles? I think they're too big for me but such things will soon be important in my house too...
