I asked Sonic for the availability to use the USB and toslik output at same time.

No You have to switch between them.

Thanks! But how is organized that switch (physical switch button or software switch or factory switch)?

(Is the option:
Primary usage - usb / optical selection
Simple swicheble by user?)

And for what is this option on factory site - if I may swicht it by myself (I'll think use Orbiter with Phantom Dialog first - but maybe later I want use it for Devialet Expert)?
