I got (eventually) an empty box by UPS and 20 minutes later an e-mail with a label for printing. The UPS booking contact number for the collection of the amps takes you to an automated mutiple-choice system.
One of the early questions is something like "Do you have a UPS account?". Well, I don't but Devialet do, but I was not sure which number on the label was Devialet's.
I think it might be R84761.
The other thing which caught me out, and left me in a queue to speak to a live person, was that I gave my UK telephone number including the initial 0 208 for a London code, when the number on the label (of course) began +44 208. This meant that the automated system could not trace the order.
It all worked out in the end.
