I don't think they are that cynical and have great respect for their products and intentions but this disarray is maddening. Seems to me that they are overwhelmed and disorganized. One hand sending out emails to hurry up and place your order and the other telling you that you'll have to wait without anyone having any idea about a timeline for the waiting period. These are expensive products and we represent a reasonably elite customer base if viewed from a spending demographic so this obligates them to speak accurately and clearly. Who has been able to speak directly to anyone other than an earnest but uninformed customer care rep?
