Quote:By itself, the AIR driver in the current beta works stably, without failures. Another thing is that for optimal sound quality you better use with it not iTunes, but the winner of our test of soft-music players Roon - and this is additional costs. One would expect a similar solution from the firm that intercepts the sound output at the OS kernel level and is combined with a soft-player.

pros

• incredible resolution
• very powerful and accurate bass
• record low distortion
• Weight of connection options

Minuses

• there is no native support for MQA
• DSD is limited to DSD64
• no room-correction
• minor shortcomings in ergonomics

Conclusion

The best integrated solution on the Hi-End market for today. Be careful - after listening to Devialet Pro one time you can be disappointed for ever in your "big and expensive boxes".

Seems that they used AIR and Roon to test it.

I would for my self really like to se a head to head on test with 440Pro or 1000Pro against Gryphon Diablo 300 and Aavik U-300 as they get great reviews in many magazines.
