It would be very helpful if the AIR application on a Mac or PC could switch the amplifier on. That would avoid the need to use the remote control or iPhone app just before enabling AIR on the computer.
Given that the amplifiers are are contactable via wi-fi or Ethernet while in standby, this seems like an obvious and straightforward thing to add to the existing app which - for me at least - would be a useful improvement in usability.
