Help - Lost Account Login
#1
After many years of happily owning an Expert 200, then upgrading to Monos (440), then upgrading again a few years ago with new board etc, last October, I found that I could not log into my account, as it seemed not to accept my credentials. After numerous attempts to reset my password, with no email back as suggested, I contacted Devialet support and they told me that they were in the middle of website changes and it should be fine after a few weeks! that was 5 months ago!

I am sure, as many others have experienced during this covid thing, I got distracted with more important stuff to deal with, but today I tried again!!!
NOW, it doesn't even recognize my email address!!! What a MESS! So it looks like the website may have lost everything in relation to my account, product purchases and my config files! NOT HAPPY!

Emailed support, so we will see what their response is! Huh Angry

Anyone experienced this problem?

Oh man! I had some difficulties when Devialet changed it's support to Zendesk, but I've been able to log in to the main site all the way. Loosing access to your account like this is rather brutal! I hope Devialet can restore your login so you can see configs and history.

My password (all of them) are kept by Roboform which I have used for a few years

The Devialet login failed due to incorrect password. This is the first failed password I have seen in 4 years

"Forgot password" brought a genric email from Sebastian, inviting me to reset

On doing this, a red "ERROR IN RESETTING PASSWORD" appeared

Replied to this - "The mailbox is not monitored"

So tried to create a new account - "There is already an account with this name"

Grrr. 100% fail

I’ve been busy setting up a new set of subwoofers over the last few weeks. No issues at all and I have made about 15 different configurations. I wonder whether it’s a localised server issue. I’m in Australia. Maybe that’s serviced by a different server.
