Very very sad news indeed. I had multiple very interesting discussions with Nick over the year during my annual visit to OAC on top of a few customized configs for his system in Spain.

Very sorry to hear this indeed. I sold my 800 to Nick back in late 2015 and he came to my house to collect it (via motorbike?), so yes I remember him well. Very funny chap with a wicked sense of humour and a penchant for cider and winding people up generally. Also very knowledgeable about a wide range of hi-fi related issues.
