Phantoms lower volume with Roon Ready?
#1
It seems as if I need to set the volume higher now with Roon Ready.

I've noticed this with a few different albums that I play regularly.  I don't recall ever setting the volume at 60+ , now I'm setting it at 65 often.

Prior to this I was feeding Roon into the Phantom's optical input using a Hifiberry HAT on an RPi

Anyone else notice?

Can you enable playback via optical temporary for a comparison? The RPi also uses RAAT (generic Roon bridge) so should receive the same signal level from Roon. Double check that there is no Headroom or volume levelling in the Roon Ready chain. Compare Signal path info for the two and look for differences.

Haven't noticed any changes. Used an Allo DigiOne with Ropieee as endpoint before RAAT.
