Sibelius' Pohjola's Daughter / The Hallé Concerts Society directed by Sir Mark Elder. Qobuz hifi streaming.

Great recording! I'm listening to it as a preparation to the live concert I'll visite tomorrow (The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra and Michael Schønwandt). I can't wait to hear it in real live. It will sound even better then via my Devialet. Heart Angel
Villa-Lobos "Etudes et Préludes pour la Guitare", Marco Antonio Anguiano, via Qobuz.
Well, not an album but a 10 piece Norwegian, female, brass ensemble called 'tenThing' on BBC Four HD. Lovely sound and quite unusual/amusing to watch.
Agnes Obel - Aventine (Vinyl)

Band of Skulls "Baby Darling Doll Face Honey" via Qobuz.

Shame on me, I hadn't heard any of their music before seeing them on Later a couple of nights ago. Coincidentally quite reminiscent of White Stripes...
Elgar Enigma Variations. Michael Stern. Kansas City Symphony.

CD rip. Its actually an HD CD but I'm not sure how/whether the ripping process preserves the 'HD' part? I use XLD on an iMac. It's a great recording anyway and the music is superbly played.
