Curious, anyone listen much to 'a guitar and gal' genre much on the Phantoms on an intimate scale - meaning pretty near field and normal volume?   How does Phantom does compared to other speakers you may have heard that excels on this genre?   This would be a situation emphasizing the quality of the mids I think.
