i cant connect my speaker cables seems it is a loose splint in one of the binding posts

Any been into this before ot have a quick fix ??

YEA found out of it,turned it upside down.did get the splint out,then checked my kubala cables ,was missing i small piece on the end

but then,how to get the binding post back in possession,since i have turned it to far out ?
