Hello. I have been having an issue with my dialog/Phantom. I have to delete and re-add my NAS drive every day or two in the Spark app. Getting very frustrating. . .it has to be a Dialog issue because I have multiple other devices using it and they never encounter an issue (Auralic Aries, Roon Server, Sonos). .
Any ideas?

The Dialog cannot connect directly to a NAS -- your Spark app on your PC must be the unit connecting to the NAS, right? Have you mapped a drive to it?
Yes. It works. For a day or so and then stops. I go into the Spark app on my Mac, connect to the NAS and it indexes and works fine. The next day, all my music shows up but when I try and play it nothing happens. I delete it and then add the same drive back and it works.
