He has been a bit quiet lately. Wink

Perhaps because I haven't a clue? My guess is that 9.0 is destined for the Original d'Atelier. I certainly don't have a copy... Yet!  Big Grin

But the next major update should be released in December (following the usual timeline), right?
Some little bird told me there is a good chance a firmware update be launched this month. What's in this update is still mystery. Has anyone heard the same rumor? Has anyone heard d900 and got a peak what's new in that firmware?
Did the little bird already show a preview of the new firmware? Smile
No. Haven't heard back since [RELIEVED FACE]
Someone in Hong Kong reported from SAM lab visit that upnp will be supported sometime next year. Fingers crossed.

Will plan to visit Squarewave (the dealer in Hong Kong) early next week. Will verify the news.

Sometime next year in Devialet terms might mean 3 years. Good news though!
They will implement it and it won't do gapless like pretty much every other DLNA endpoint solution out there. At least then you'll have something to hope for in maybe version 10.1.12.

I think maybe they should concentrate a little harder on fixing Air.
Turned out that there will be a special event at Devialet Hong Kong dealer on Tuesday. Engineer Paul Saint Aubert will be there. Hope I will get more info on the new firmware from him
