Ok after some negotiation with a mate who owes me several favours. The D200 is now a perfect one with no marks on it and is still available for £3250 including UK delivery.
The companion is also still available at £3000 including UK delivery.

Does companion works as normal amp, or must have master? What is the difference?

A companion does not come with a remote or AIR module. Otherwise the companion is the same. I am not sure if the remote app works with a companion on it's own, if it does then I guess you could use just a companion as an amp. Has anyone tried this?

Companions now do not even have the network module so the app cannot connect to the companion, it is possible to use it but you would need a remote control and not use AIR (some may think this is a good thing)

And a companion will come with a Crystal digital cable to connect the companion with the master. Yes, it is better not to have the AIR module.

I presume by the lack of interest in the Companion that either it is too much at £3000. Therefore price drop to £2800 for a perfect condition 200 companion with all accessories.
