John Martyn-One World. Hits the spot every time.
"White Rabbit" is a jazz album by George Benson, recorded in November 1971. The title of the album refers to the Jefferson Airplane song White Rabbit written by Grace Slick.
Kronos Quartet: Folk Songs
The songs are touching, humorous and profound. Beautiful are compositions and sound.
Pretty much anything by Nik Bärtsch's bands (Ronin, Mobile) works well for me. Hypnotic, minimalist jazz.

The Concert in Hyde Park by Paul Simon Shy
Although I would hesitate to recommend "concert in the hyde park" for late night listening because it will keep you up for a while, it is a great album and should be enjoyed on Blu-ray as well.
Simply a masterpiece - "Into the Labyrinth"
