To my surprise, I saw that no PSB speakers have had the SAM treatment, which seems slightly odd to me ?. I'm especially interested in the new T3's that are getting rave reviews.

With three 7" woofers, maybe it doesn't need further SAM boosting.

True, although if you look through the list of SAM'd speakers, there is plenty of high end speakers that would quite literally blow this out of the water for bass

Maybe, but remember there is more to SAM than just bass boost.  The KEF Blade with 4 x 9" woofers per side is offered a noticeable improvement thanks to the phase correction offered by SAM.
