I am in Japan and received the upgrade invitation email as well. But I can't find a coupon which Borgen mentioned. Where can I find it?

No coupon in the invitation mail for me. Website Devialet store seems down at the moment so I cannot check the conditions

There were not any expressed deadlines for the upgrade on the site. At least for the US.
Also received a mail (South Africa).
There were no voucher codes for a discount (my 120 was bought in June of this year). I sent a mail to Judith to enquire about this.

Unfortunately the web store seems to be down at the moment.

They told me that you can send them the invoice from your dealer showing that you bought it in 2016 and then you will receive a voucher code to get the lower price.
I was told that the discount is only open for D200 owners since the D120->D220 Pro upgrade is "already being extremely profitable for users".

Have to order the upgrade between 19 October and 25 December - it was specified in the mail.
Although I live in Europe, I could not progress an order for the upgrade, even if I wanted to. Strangely, when I looked, not only was Jersey not listed in the country drop-down, nor was UK. And as others have said, the order page appears to be down.

How are Devialet handling the taxes with other countries, in Jersey, we do not pay VAT, rather we have our own GST. No mechanism for that either on the order page it would seem.

Sorry, which mail? the one I received says

No mention of time frame. I am sure that they still go after the original first email they sent out but in this latest one there is no further mention of time frame
