Have to order the upgrade between 19 October and 25 December - it was specified in the mail.

No mention of time frame. I am sure that they still go after the original first email they sent out but in this latest one there is no further mention of time frame

Yes I did
Think the time frame refers to the period in which the code can be used and not the upgrade itself.

That makes sense. I wonder why some people got the code and other not. I would imagine they should be able to track down who did buy the d-premiere and then did the update.

I'm in Ottawa Canada, got the Email yesterday placed the upgrade order 6:00pm est for my D400
Pickup is Monday 24, lets see what happens, will keep all informed.

Yep, I got mine yesterday here in the US for my 200.  It states that the upgrade price ($2990 instead of $4590) is for recent buyers and the offer code good only between the dates Oct 19-Dec 25.
Just received an e-mail from Devialet, as a response to a helpdesk ticket that I created, providing me with a discount code.

I still can't seem to access the online store though ....
This is my response to the upgrade email, I hope other will follow suit as I feel the streaming board should be an optional purchase.


Hi Judith,

I wanted to pass on my feelings about the current upgrade program being offered.

1) I have zero interest in the mysterious new streaming board.  The current promised features are in all honesty, terrible and rather outdated.  Roon endpoint support should really be considered.

2) If I had the option to upgrade for €2000 and had the option to buy the mysterious streaming board for €1500 when it comes out I would upgrade my D200 immediately.  As it stands now it makes more financial sense for me to move away from Devialet as the €1500 streaming board is something I wouldn’t use.

3) Having the upgrade price of the D200 priced the same as the D120 has left some D200 owners rather upset.  Myself included.

If Devialet adjusts the upgrade prices to not include the streaming board please let me know. As well, please pass this email on to any other parties involved in the design and pricing the upgrade program.
