@Axel - Thanks for sharing. Same here - the box for the first 200 (master) was actually box within box, where the one I ordered a month later in just one outer box for the black box. I only requested the group packaging, so will bear that in mind.

Brian - Thanks for letting me know. I need the outer box and label too, however I have not received any notification that I would be receiving them, did you get an email notification from Devialet? Did that arrive soon after you placed your order?

Ah OK, I got something like that too.

I ordered on Monday, October 17th.

This is what mine said:


In order to ensure the processing of your Expert Upgrade, the pickup of your system will have to occur between:

the 17 Oct 2016 and the 23 Oct 2016


To organize the shipping, please put each of your Master and Companion Expert units in their respective black packaging. You can include your Remote in the packaging of your choice. Then, put these two black cases in their respective overpack. Finally, insert them in the group packaging on which you will stick the delivery note. 
Finally US customers are also allowed to upgrade. I had one of the fIrst D-Premiers and upgraded it to D250. Was/is there any specially pricing for the pro upgrade for anyone how spent a lot of money for that previous upgrade?
(I did that 250 upgrade because Devialet told me it would be necessary to do that in order to take advantage of future firmware upgrades which obviously was not correct advice)
I had the same question and it seems that yes, there was a discount code.

I believe Judith is the name they have given their ticketing system, that is based on my experience in corresponding with "her" so far.
I still cannot access the online store. Tried from both a Mac running Safari as well as a PC running IE just to ensure its not browser related.
I just checked, using a Mac running Chrome, able to access Store. I am also able to login to store and review orders.

Located in US.
Unable to access the store since Wednesday
They are aware of the problem

Same thing here. Waiting for Judith to answer me. I got the mail "Special offer for Devialet Pioneers" a month ago but no coupon code to benefit from the discount in yesterday's email.

That is not possible. 

The streamer needs some sort of more poweful processor to handle Roon and with the new streamerboard there will be a ARM processor I think so it must be possible to fix it.
