      Mine was sent on October 31st and was back on my doorstep on November 16th.

did you have the same issues that Gary mention in his post about getting it release for export? 
16 days is not bad to get it back. Did you have the boxes already or you had to wait for them?

Hi all,
I too would like to share my (great) experience with Devialet on the upgrade program. In addition to the stream of emails we all received about the upgrade, I've been contacted directly by phone by a representative from the Devialet store in Paris Beaugrenelle. The guy has been extremely nice, answering my questions about the upgrade, and proposing me to leave my D120 at the store as they can manage the logistic of the upgrade.
I finally went there last week to drop my D120 and have been offered a replacement unit while the D120 is being upgraded. I asked if I could try the D200 instead and they lend me one (for free)!
In conclusion, I'm very pleased with Devialet customer experience, first being able to upgrade a D120 into a 220Pro (just by judging the sound quality difference offered by the D200) and second being addressed in a personalized way.

Fantastic! I've actually been to this Devialet store! I visited with my parents. Actually we had no intention of doing so, we were just visiting the shopping mall which was recently renovated (my late grandmother used to live nearby and I used to visit Beaugrenelle as a child) and then suddenly a Devialet store appears in front of us! Very professional staff, one lady almost sold my father a Phantom there and then! Actually he ended up leaving his email address and shortly after received an email thanking him for visiting the store. He was very impressed to say the least!

Although I didn't care much for the acoustics in the shop it was a very professional setup and very busy! The contrast to the Bose shop nearby could not have been greater!

I had no problems Marco. I filled out 3 copies  of an export declaration which the UPS driver put in a pouch and attached to the outer box.
I still had the original boxes.

My latest...

I've received my shipping label, but nothing regarding the shipping boxes. I raised a ticket about when I would receive the boxes and this is the reply I received:

We unfortunately do not have this info available
Wow, sounds like you need to have your dealer make another call to the UK Devialet rep!
Tomorrow UPS come and Pick my dev 200 Up and sent it too Paris and Then i wait for 220 Pro come home too me In Denmark , they say 15-20 days before i have it home . Looking Forward too that

Delayed UPS documents!

Placed my order on Monday of this week in response to the latest email from Judith stating the orders placed this week will be returned before the Christmas holiday but was told, AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER, there will be delays in receiving the UPS shipping documents. Does this sound familiar? What are these guys doing?
