Just had  an email from Devialet to answer a few questions in a survey. It was purely on the Phantom itself and nothing about the company or how i rate the support or Devialet as a company. Not even a suggestion box for ideas about future upgrades or products.
I get it too....
I got the survey as well. I made sure to indicate I want to use the Phantoms in a home theatre environment.
What are the questions focussed on Phantom?
I got this too. Very basic pointless questions, with no incentive. Seems like a wasted opportunity, while still inconveniencing customers.
