Don't know if you saw my other issue I had with not being able to register my new 250Pro on the Devialet Support area, it says my serial number is invalid (raised a ticket on Devialet Support, but still waiting for a reply).
Hi Celts88, I did see that post but can't comment on it as I myself haven't tried to register my 250 Pro yet.

No problem registering mine. The serial number changed during the upgrade, the numbers were the same but a C became a G iirc. Have you checked the serial number via the display?

Won't register with new Serial no. (same number on rear of Pro and in Display), Devialet Support are looking into it as they don't know why (Hifi_swlon is having the same issue)
