In France you can buy them at Fnac with a 5% discount if you are a member (the card cost is 30€ for 3 years but is sometimes offered for 10€ during promotional period).
Didn't knew about Phantoms being sold at Fnac, I have their card, thanks.
I would go for a good dealer who maybe also can bring you at some point to 'the next level'; you will probably benefit more from a decent trade in than a 5% discount. My 2c
