My 6 yo son dropped my Phantom Remote and it fell apart (top wheel came off revealing the bearing and the circuit board). I managed to put it back together but it now isn't smooth anymore. It just kind of grinds. It is frustrating because I cant see any physical damage on the thing and the bearing rotates freely when it is apart. I'm thinking I must have assembled it wrong.
I spoke to Devialet (chat) and they couldn't give me much help. To be fair they said to take it back to the dealer where I bought it for an exchange, but I bought it in Dubai and now live in Malaysia. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and managed to re-assemble the remote so it works perfectly again.
Any comments/tips welcome.
