Devialet Chat

Devialet has made largest gap between firmware updates — last one was dated December 2nd 2016, it's 4 months ago. Also during this course they haven't fixed the most pressing issues, like sound cut-outs (even on newer Dialog and Golds!), background noise (on Silvers and Golds), instability of Remote (it still looses speaker connection once in a while), interface issues (their app does not use larger iPhone Plus displays, is not working on iPad in landscape mode).

It's almost a full year after the release of Golds.

What's going on? Is it some high-tech flop? Is company addressing these issues at all?

Are you 100% happy with your Phantom?

soundwise I'm still happy (although I think soundbalance has changed after updates)...

So no cutouts in your case? Or multiple hdmi devices need connecting?

not at all (even from the beginning, somewhat 2 years ago)...

I still find the 160 ms delay unacceptable. It's not a proper AV system until they fix this...

I find the lack of Dialog with at least 4 HDMI ports unacceptable.
