Cy Twombly is the absolute best. Went to an amazing gallery in Houston that had a big exhibition. I would love some of the roughly sketched and dripping flower prints in soft pastels, with pencil handwriting.

All sheep?

I've not seen a major Twombly retrospective, but I have seen several works, memorably at MOMA in San Francisco and Gagoshian in London.

You would probably have liked this:

I can't say I did.

Curiously, this show is now at the Guggenheim Bilbao. I will be there in July and there is massive Twombly installation there.

This is one of my favourite galleries. I'm sure you know it!

I always told my wife the most likely reason we might split would be artistic differences. Had a stand-up row at a Louise Bourgeois exhibition and Anselm Kiefer resulted in a mini cold war.

Here's one I rather like from SFMOMA - says a lot about a lot of modern art.

It's not modern art.  It is Devialet's OS streamer board public information sign.

It could be confused with the heart trace of a Devialet OS programmer. (Let's hope not.)

He's the guy at the end, looking for inspiration.  Sad

He's the designer of the current wifi card - in the naughty corner.

The painting next to this one had far less going for it. I recall it was an entirely white canvas. A bit like an OS engineer's design specification.
A simple acoustic decoupling solution, did entire system including speakers and sub using perspex, acetal (white, under the sub) and Auralex foam for under £200. The foam gives a nice smooth cut with a new craft knife. Works a treat.
