Just a quick heads up: Bluetooth disappeared altogether from my Phantom Silver with the latest firmware update.

Symptom: remote does not work anymore, and the Phantom cannot be found on Bluetooth either. Instead of the "Phantom" bluetooth device name, a default name appears with the same adapter MAC but cannot be connected to.

Also, all bluetooth-related options on Spark have also disappeared, unless those were moved to a non-obvious location?

The changelog mentions "major improvements" on Bluetooth, but that is not exactly what I hoped for when upgrading!

Anyway, if you rely on Bluetooth when using your Phantom, you might want to hold off for the time being...
Same here. Did you try rebooting the system?

I did, yes. Reboot, slow reboot waiting 1 minute, reset all settings, etc. No joy. The weirdest thing is that all BT-related settings have just disappeared from the app as well.

Can't help thinking that I must be missing something - that sounds like too much of a bug to pass through QA...

I rebooted my Phantom and BT is working fine. Try rebooting you system again Shy
Rebooted about 5 times, still broken. Kind of annoying. Basically the BT adapter on the Phantom remains in uninitialized state...

Did you reboot by pressing the button in the back of the speaker 3 times? I rebooted the system by pressing the button 3 times and went through the initial setting via Spark and the problem was solved.

If this does not resolve your BT problem try contacting Devialet support.

-> Very good point, I will try just that. I did a software reset only so far.
and... success Big Grin I had tried reboots, "Erase Setup", but no hardware reset, and that's what worked. Many thanks for the tip @jsfresh !
At this point for me, Bluetooth shows, but I cannot get any Apple devices to connect to it. My PC can connect fine, but my iPhone and Apple Watch just absolutely won't connect to the Phantom with Bluetooth.

Are there any other ways to reset a Phantom other than the 3 time button press?
Another Bluetooth issue is that the volume in Spark is at 0 instead of 70.
