I had the same problem:
All well done and nothing working, just that error message.
All stops when i turned the Dev off, first and Roon after. When i put all on again, everything comes to normal.
Don´t ask me why.

I've had this issue a couple of times. Although I had disabled Devialet AIR on the server and remote there was still a copy running on my desktop upstairs. I'm hoping this is now fixed.
