Hello again Dodgy
My remote has stopped working properly. The buttons are all still working but the volume is not adjusting. Any ideas ?

Thank you
Maybe worth checking the batteries, especially if they're the ones originally supplied by Devialet.  When they go a bit flat the remote tends to have a mind of its own...

Does the volume control feel normal, or is it sticking or free-wheeling?  I recall there were some posts a while back about the rotary control just not working properly, so it might be worth searching the forum if you haven't done so already.

Yes I tried changing the batteries but made no difference.

Hello, do the other buttons on / off ..... Does the button run easily, or rough?

Here is the link for cleaning the remote control!

Just curious if you have an iPhone running the Devialet application and whether that works for you?

I know that does not solve your remote issue, but it would help whether or not the volume can be changed on the Devialet.
Thanks for the replies guys. Yes I use the I phone app too but the remote is what I primarily use. I will try the cleaning process as soon as I get a chance
Womaz, any chance that due to something (let's not speculate what) the remote and the Dev have "unpaired" themselves? As I said, I don't know how something like this could have happened, but maybe just following a "pair again method" you can solve this.

Hope it helps, cheers,

I think Womaz said in the original post that the buttons were working, in which case the remote must be still paired with the amp.
Yes, just wanted to verify volume control through the iPhone application worked correctly, as it would point to a different cause if he could not control volume either through the remote or iPhone application.

Definitely still paired if the other buttons work.

So if iPhone volume control works, and all other buttons on remote work, sound like the remote needs to go back for service.

Oops, my bad, sorry!
